Shipping Policy

Turnaround

All orders are shipped within 48 hours Monday - Friday 8am - 5pm.

 

Power Tailgate Service

A $75.00 surcharge may be applied to shipments where the consignee do not have proper receiving docks thereby requiring the use of a hydraulic tailgate, and the total shipment weight is greater than 200 lbs. Stores that have their own loading dock direct into their receiving area will be exempt.

We use the following carrier companies to deliver our orders:
Canada Post
DHL
FedEx
Loomis
Purolator
UPS

 

Order Tracking

If a tracking # is provided by the carrier company, we will update your order with the tracking information.
Please note that some orders using Canada Post mail will not have tracking numbers. 

 

Shipping Rates

The rate charged for the shipping of your order is based on the weight of your products, and your location.
Before the final checkout page you will be shown what the cost of shipping will be, and you will have a chance to not place your order if you decide not to.    

 

Your Delivery

Carrier companies will require a signature upon delivery as a precaution for both the customer and 21st Century Entertainment Inc. to verify the receipt of our order.
Therefore, please ensure someone is available to sign for your order at the designated Ship to address.
If an individual is not available perhaps you may want to consider having the Ship to address be the place of your employment.
If nobody is present at the Ship To address when the carrier tries to deliver your order, don't despair our carrier will leave a door marker stating they will try again tomorrow or you can pick up your order at the nearest shipping station.
