Return Policy – Key Points
1. Return Window
- Full refund or exchange within 30 days of the invoice date.
- After 30 days: Only the manufacturer’s warranty applies.
- After 6 months: Non‑defective returns are allowed but subject to a 25% restocking fee.
2. Requirements for All Returns
- Must obtain a Return Authorization Number (RMA#) before sending anything back.
- Contact Customer Service: 1‑888‑773‑9777 Ext. 101 to receive RMA# and shipping instructions.
- Returns without an RMA# may be refused.
- Product must be in original packaging, with all accessories and manuals.
- Include the original invoice, with the reason for return written on the back.
- Include the RMA slip inside the package so the return can be identified.
3. Defective Merchandise
- If defective within the first 30 days, return it with an RMA#.
- Customer Service will replace the item if deemed defective and not misused.
- After 30 days, the item is handled under the manufacturer’s warranty. 21st Century Entertainment will forward the item to the manufacturer for repair or replacement.
4. Refunds
- Shipping charges are not refunded, unless the return is due to company error.
- Company does not store credit card information. A representative will call the customer to obtain card details to process the refund.
- Refund is issued to the name on the original order confirmation.
5. Shipping Conditions
- Returns must be freight prepaid (no collect or postage‑due packages accepted).
- Company is not responsible for damage during return shipping. Customers are advised to insure the shipment.
6. Right to Refuse
- Company may refuse returns or charge a restocking fee for:
- Damaged items
- Incomplete returns
- Items not meeting policy requirements
