21st Century Entertainment Inc. believes that the delivery of your purchases should be simple and fast and reliable. Our default carrier is Purolator.

At 21st Century Entertainment Inc. we have negotiated the best rates possible to get your items fast and inexpensively,  that's why we use some of the best carriers such as Purolator, Canpar, DHL, FedEx, Greyhound and UPS, assuring you of on-time deliveries by the carrier of your choice.

Order Tracking

   All orders can be tracked through the 21st Century Entertainment Inc. web site using your unique FedEx Tracking ID number. With the Tracking ID number you can check to see where your order is anytime during the delivery process. This ensures prompt delivery, while eliminating the often frustrating delays associated with other shipping methods. With Canpar, DHL, FedEx, Greyhound, Purolator and UPS, you are guaranteed your order in the shortest possible time. Its that simple! Click on the logos below to track your package.

Upon Delivery

   Canpar, DHL, FedEx, Greyhound, Purolatorand UPS, will require a signature upon delivery as a precaution for both the customer and 21st Century Entertainment Inc. to verify the receipt of our order. Therefore, please ensure someone is available to sign for your order at the designated Ship To address. If an individual is not available perhaps you may want to consider having the Ship To address be the place of your employment. If nobody is present at the Ship To address when the carrier tries to deliver your order, don't despair our carrier will leave a door marker stating they will try again tomorrow or you can pick up your order at the nearest shipping station.

Our Return Policy

   All products purchased at 21st Century Entertainment Inc. may be returned for a full refund, or exchange within 30 days of the packing list date providing they meet the following requirements:

  • Merchandise must be unopened and in its original box or package complete with all accessories and manuals.
  • Original invoice must be included, briefly stating on the back the reason for the return or exchange.
  • When filling out forms just prior to shipping, a value of $0 must be put under the 'Declared Value of Goods' section, and 'returned products' must be put under the 'Description of Goods' section. This only applies to merchandise being returned to us from outside of Canada.

   If the merchandise is opened but defective, the defective merchandise will be replaced by a like item, upon the return of the defective item to our Customer Service Department. In all cases, to help us identify from whom the return or exchange has come from, we request that you include your packing slip and/or your order confirmation information with the returned merchandise.
   21st Century Entertainment Inc. will not be able to complete the return without this information. 21st Century Entertainment Inc. will not accept packages that arrive with unpaid duty and/or customs fees, or packages that come 'Postage Due'. Since 21st Century Entertainment Inc. does not retain any credit card information, all refunds will be credited to the name included with the order confirmation and a representative from 21st Century Entertainment Inc. will call you to obtain your credit card information for the purpose of crediting your card the amount of the refund. 21st Century Entertainment Inc. is not responsible for any damage that may occur during return shipping, therefore it is recommended that you return all items insured by parcel post or courier.
