Upon Delivery

will require a signature upon delivery as a precaution for both the customer and 21st Century Entertainment Inc. to verify the receipt of our order. Therefore, please ensure someone
is available to sign for your order at the designated Ship To address. If an individual is not available perhaps you may want to consider having the Ship To address be the place of
your employment. If nobody is present at the Ship To address when the carrier tries to deliver your order, don't despair our carrier will leave a door marker stating they will try again
tomorrow or you can pick up your order at the nearest shipping station.
Our Return Policy
All products purchased at 21st Century Entertainment Inc. may be returned for a full refund, or exchange within 30 days of the packing list date providing they meet the following requirements:
- All returns must include a Return Authorization Number (RMA#) Please contact our service department at 1-888-773-9777 and we will email or fax you an RMA# and shipping instructions for your return.
- Merchandise must be unopened and in its original box or package complete with all accessories and manuals.
- Original invoice must be included, briefly stating on the back the reason for the return or exchange.
- Warranty on FTA receivers will be voided when any unauthorized software has been uploaded.
- If the merchandise is defective in the 1st 30 days, return the defective item with RMA# to our Customer Service Department. They will replace the defective merchandise, if deemed defective and not misused.
- After 30 days the product manufacturer warranty is the only warranty in effect. 21st Century Entertainment will send the defective product back to the manufacturer upon receipt for repair or replacement.
In all cases, to help us identify from whom the return or exchange has come from, we request that you include your RMA slip with the returned merchandise.
21st Century Entertainment Inc. will not be able to complete the return without this information.
21st Century Entertainment Inc. will not accept packages that arrive collect or packages that come 'Postage Due'.
Since 21st Century Entertainment Inc. does not retain any credit card information, all refunds will be credited to the name
included with the order confirmation and a representative from 21st Century Entertainment Inc. will call you to obtain your
credit card information for the purpose of crediting your card the amount of the refund. 21st Century Entertainment Inc. is
not responsible for any damage that may occur during return shipping, therefore it is recommended that you return all items
insured by parcel post or courier.
We reserve the right to refuse a return, or charge a restocking fee for damaged or incomplete returns.
