Felipe Penaloza
   16 years of sales and sales management experience in both Canada and Mexico.

Rick Nissen
   34 years of management experience from major retailers (Woodward's) to Wholesale Distribution (Norsat International Inc. and DSI Canada Inc.).

   Our very experienced sales staff bring a combined 56 years of satellite and consumer electronic expertise for you to rely on.

Distribution Facility
   21st Century Entertainment Inc. operates from four warehouses, located British Columbia, Alberta, Manitoba and Nova Scotia.

  2. Dealers who purchase in quantities too small to be efficiently services on a direct basis.

  3. Niche retailers such as rental stores, custom home theatre dealers, commercial installers, RV and marine dealers, are just a few of the typical customers we serve.

   Whenever possible, we encourage our customers to visit with us so that we can do business the old fashioned way, face to face. Presently no less than 35% is done by customer pick up.

   We understand the needs of the Independent Retailer and encourage our sales team to develop a relationship with our customers that will include product training, sales training and on time deliveries. Orders received prior to 3:00pm are shipped the same day. Let us be your warehouse!! It is no longer possible for independent retailers to stock 1 - 4 week's inventory.

   21st Century Entertainment Inc. telemarkets Canada-wide to all our customers on a regular basis. In addition, we send out no less than 3 product price lists per year to update our clients. Most recently we added our web page to serve you better electronically. This gives you the opportunity of ordering online or downloading the specific piece of product information you require now.
